Chronic illness once crushed my life — emotionally stuck, physically weakened, and socially isolated. Traditional fitness and diet approaches didn’t work for me, so I created my own roadmap to navigate ever-changing symptoms.

I went from struggling to carry everyday items to being strong enough to support my 60-pound child when they needed me most. That change didn’t happen overnight — but small, consistent steps made all the difference.

Through years of research and hands-on experience with private clients, I’ve developed practice-based programs that help you move safely, build strength, and feel more confident in your body.

I’m a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor (NCPT), a Persistent Pain Pilates Educator, an entrepreneurial mom, and a fellow chronic illness “thriver.” I work with conditions like POTS, EDS, MCAS, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, and more — helping people regain stability, confidence, and freedom in their bodies.
