Meet your new support system for movement and symptoms
I’m excited to share something new with you.
The Achy to Active Program was created for people who are tired of the “push harder or do more” approach and want something that actually works with their body, not against it.
Because when you’re living with pain, fatigue, or unpredictable symptoms, consistency isn’t about intensity.
It’s about clarity, support, and a system that adapts with you.
So what is Achy to Active?
It’s a structured, low-impact movement and lifestyle program designed to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence at your own pace.
At its core is the Gentle Movement Method, which helps you move safely, rebuild trust in your body, and improve everyday function like posture, breathing, and circulation.
This updated version also integrates nervous system-informed strategies, grounded in my recent training as a Nervous System Integrative Facilitator (NSIF), so you’re not just moving more, you’re supporting how your body responds and recovers.
But it doesn’t stop there.
You’ll also learn how to:
-
understand your symptoms and energy patterns
-
pace your progress without burning out
-
build habits that actually stick
-
navigate flare-ups with more confidence
-
support your nervous system and recovery
-
track your changes over time with a simple baseline system
Levels of Support
To meet you where you are, Achy to Active is available in different levels of support depending on how much guidance you need.

Why this matters
This program isn’t about pushing through pain.
It’s about learning how to move with your body—so you can rebuild strength, reduce overwhelm, and feel more in control again.
Small steps. Real support. Sustainable change.
And if you’re ready for guidance, you don’t have to figure it out alone this time.
